Instructions to the candidates: Counselling
• Students have to bring original
documents, If not they will not be
considered for counselling.
Following ORIGINAL documents should be produced at the time of document verification and during the time of admission

a.
|
Domicile certificate indicating a minimum 07 years of study in Karnataka and the original study certificate/Rural certificate has to be counter signed by the Block Education Officer(BEO). |
b.
|
S.S.L.C marks card. |
c.
|
P.U.C in science/equivalent examination marks card. |
d.
|
Passport size colour photographs 04 nos. |
e.
|
Category/Reservation certificate, if claiming under particular category/reservation. |
f.
|
Relevant documents related to Rural study, Kannada Medium Study, 371 J Certificate, Defence, Ex-Servicemen, Sports, NCC, Physically Handicapped (certificate from Government Medical officer), etc. |
• Marks scored in PCM/PCB (II PUC or
equivalent examination) are considered for
determining the rank.
• All the candidates are hereby
instructed to attend verification and
counselling as per schedule given in the
above table.
• All the candidates have to produce
original documents during verification along
with two set of photo/xerox copies.
• Candidates should bring copy of
acknowledgement received after online
submission of application.
• Allotment letter will be issued
during counselling. |

- Login to www.beadpharmacy.org
- Click on Click here to fill
Online Application Form
- Click on Register : Enter the following
details- Full Name, Phone, E-mail
address and Password- Click on Register.
- An SMS confirmation will be received on
the registered Mobile number with the
Application number and password.
- Registered users - Click on Login to Fill the Online Application, fill the
information and submit. An online
acknowledgement and an SMS
confirmation will be received on
successful submission of online
application.
- Hardcopy of the Acknowledgement along
with original documents should be
produced during the document
verification. Incomplete registration
will be rejected.
